Born in Eastbourne, Sussex on 15th October 1971 Roger graduated from the University of Brighton in 1997 with a BA in Sports Management. From 1997 and 2005 he held the position of sales & marketing manager with the niche Cricket Equipment manufacturer, John Newbery Ltd.

Roger's time at Newbery's was split between that of General/Sales & Marketing Manager with responsibility for the day to day running of the company as well as all sales and marketing activity and product sourcing.

It was in this sourcing role that the MKK model was conceptualised and using an enviable contact portfolio Roger has helped MKK create a quality supplier base from which to springboard into the UK teamwear market.

Roger has been a keen sportsman in his time and has represented his home town club, Eastbourne CC in two National Cricket Finals at Lords. His sporting participation has now been curtailed by 'old mans knees' and he can now only manage the odd round of golf off of a handicap of 7.
